The Organization for the Rescue of Animals (ORA) needed to reach potential donors and local pet owners passionate about being involved in their community, and interested in supporting a volunteer-run, no-kill shelter.
Marketing material for events concentrated on the community aspect of pet ownership and encouraged owners to meet and socialize. The ORA not only wanted to build a collection of monthly donors, but recruit volunteers into the organization. The event was highly anticipated and saw volunteerism increase by 12%.
Additional informational material was created for distribution at the Walk-a-thon and future events.
